How can I record radio music on my hard drive instead of a tape?

I’d like to record an internet radio channel, radioio, and instead of using tapes, I’d like to put it on my hard disk and then compress it into MP3. I’m using Mac OS 10.4, iTunes and Garage Band.
I get radioio through iTunes.
