How can I stream live radio?

How can I stream live radio? Is there a tool that can pick up the radio waves and put it into my computer so I can stream it?

  2. You can use programs like Windows Media Player. Click on Media Guide>radio>internet radio then start searching. If you have a favorite local radio station check its website and see if they offer streaming audio. You computer doesn’t need anything else to play radio station. There may be a way to fix up your comptuer to also act as a radio but that will probably be more trouble then it is worth.
