How do I create my own internet radio station?

How do I create my own internet radio station and make money? In order to run the internet radio station do I have to man it all the time?

i once had an internet radio station at live365.com, you have to pay at least 15 dollars per month for a level 1 or 100 MB capacity of songs. That is about 100 songs. you do not even have to turn on your pc. liv365 will do the broadcasting for you. but it won’t earn you much. if you want to have more paid listeners you have to get their pro level which runs at i think 200 dollars. you get paid if the listener is a paid subscriber based on the percentage of all paid listeners listening to live365. abot 1 cent for 3 hours i think? not much. visit their website live365.com
